Terms of Service

By creating an account and using Xreply ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Xreply automates sending direct messages and public replies on Instagram when comments match keywords you configure. You are responsible for the content of the messages you send and for complying with Instagram's and Meta's terms and policies.

• You must use an Instagram professional account you own or are authorized to manage.
• You must comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Instagram Community Guidelines, including message rate limits.
• You must not use the Service to send spam, misleading content, or messages that violate applicable law.

Certain features are available under paid plans and one-time DM top-ups. Fees are charged by Razorpay. Plans auto-renew on the same terms until cancelled. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

The Service depends on Instagram's and Meta's APIs, which may change or become unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service or successful delivery of every message.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xreply is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or Meta's policies.
